Had trouble with gas furnance that wouldnt come on during an ice cold day. I called and Jordan promptly responded within the hour and then showed up on time and in a timely manner, despite weather conditions. He troubleshooted my problem and within 2 hours we were up and running again. He also did a gas line for our dryer since he was already here. Killed two birds with one stone so to speak. My partner wanted an oversized A/C (he has lived in homes where A/C wasn't adequate) Jordan let us know that 2 ton was more than adequate for the size of our home, but as per our request, installed a 3 ton without any argument. All the work was done in 1 day. Our home was left spotless. Jordan is well spoken and lovely to work with. I highly recommend him.
